AI Connectors

AI connectors connect supported AI clients to the Daeda AI platform.

Daeda AI uses the HubSpot access already authorized inside your Daeda AI workspace to inspect portal context, draft plans, validate those plans, and send them to HubSpot for review.

What AI Connectors Can Do

AI connectors are designed for governed HubSpot operations through Daeda AI. They can be used with supported MCP-compatible clients and hosted connector environments, depending on each client’s connector support and approval process.

AI connectors can help draft plans for workflows, properties, lists, records, associations, views, forms, reports, and other supported Daeda AI plan operations. Exact capabilities depend on the current Daeda AI operation catalog and the scopes granted by the connected HubSpot portal.

Control And Approval

Connected AI clients can inspect authorized context through Daeda AI and submit draft Write Plans for review. Plan approval and execution happen only through Daeda AI inside HubSpot.

AI connectors are separate from Daeda AI’s Ask AI workflow action and AutoFill CRM card.

Authentication

Section titled “Authentication”

To connect a supported AI client, use a Daeda AI connection key from HubSpot.

  1. Open Daeda AI inside HubSpot.
  2. Go to Master Settings.
  3. Create or copy a Daeda AI connection key.
  4. Start the AI client’s connector authorization flow.
  5. Enter the connection key on the Daeda AI authorization page.

The connection key authorizes the connected AI client to connect to Daeda AI for the selected HubSpot portal.

Approval Model

An AI connector can submit a draft Write Plan to Daeda AI.

After submission:

  1. The plan appears in Daeda AI > Write Plans inside HubSpot.
  2. A HubSpot user reviews the plan summary and operation details.
  3. Daeda AI shows validation issues, warnings, scope gaps, and relevant HubSpot resource links.
  4. The HubSpot user approves or rejects the plan in HubSpot.
  5. Only the HubSpot-side approval flow can execute the plan.

This keeps chat useful for analysis and planning while keeping final control inside HubSpot.

Read-Only Query

Use Daeda AI to show me which authorized HubSpot portals are connected, then summarize the available CRM tables for the selected portal.

Operation Discovery

Section titled “Operation Discovery”
Use Daeda AI to list the kinds of HubSpot assets it can draft plans for. Include workflows, properties, lists, records, views, forms, reports, and associations if supported.

Workflow Draft Plan

Section titled “Workflow Draft Plan”
Use Daeda AI to draft a HubSpot workflow plan that identifies contacts without an owner, branches by lifecycle stage, and creates follow-up tasks for the sales team. Submit it only as a draft for review in HubSpot.

Non-Workflow Draft Plan

Use Daeda AI to draft a plan that creates a clean lead-source property, adds useful options, and creates a list for contacts where lead source is missing. Submit the plan for review in HubSpot.

Plan Review Follow-Up

Use Daeda AI to fetch the latest draft plans for this portal and summarize what a HubSpot admin needs to review before approving anything.
