Terms of Service for Daeda Workflows Suite

Welcome to Daeda Workflows! These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Daeda Workflows suite of applications ("Apps"), which include Daeda Notes, Daeda IDs, and Daeda Screenshots. By accessing or using our Apps, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Compliance with HubSpot Terms

By using Daeda Workflows, you agree to adhere to HubSpot's Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Any violations of HubSpot's policies or these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our Apps.

2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts, unless otherwise dictated by applicable laws.

3. Permissible Use

Users must not use the Apps for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Interfering with the performance or integrity of the Apps or related services.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect only the data required to operate the Apps, such as your email address and HubSpot Portal ID. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Integration with Third-Party Services

Our Apps rely on HubSpot's API and may incorporate third-party APIs, such as Screenshotone for capturing website screenshots. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee the availability or performance of third-party services.

6. Pricing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Subscriptions

Pricing is based on subscription plans, which may include usage-based credit limits.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon request.

Downgrades and Cancellations

Downgrading or canceling your subscription may affect the functionality of the Apps, depending on your remaining credits.

7. Service Availability and Liability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Daeda Workflows is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any resulting damages.

8. HubSpot API Conflicts

In the event of changes or conflicts with the HubSpot API, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Users will be notified of any significant disruptions to functionality.

9. Responsible Use

You agree to use the Apps responsibly and avoid misuse, including harmful, exploitative, or unauthorized activities.

10. Authorization for Access

By using our Apps, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to your HubSpot account and associated data.

11. Support and Feature Requests

Support

We aim to respond to support requests within five business days.

Feature Requests

We welcome feature requests. Implemented features may either be provided free of charge or subject to a development fee, depending on complexity. Any implemented features become the property of Daeda Tech.

12. Updates and Notifications

We will notify users of major updates, changes, or new features via email.

13. Suspension and Termination

Suspension

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to our Apps. A suspended HubSpot account will also restrict access to Daeda Workflows.

14. Data Retention

If you uninstall the Apps, we may retain your data unless explicitly requested to delete it. To request data deletion, please contact us at contact@daeda.tech.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you encounter an issue, please contact us to seek a resolution. Unresolved disputes will be addressed in accordance with applicable law through standard legal channels.

16. Ownership of Outputs

You retain full ownership of all assets or outputs generated using Daeda Workflows.
