How to Get Started
AutoFill is part of the Daeda AI app. If you’re already installed, enabling it takes under two minutes:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps > Daeda AI
- Open the AutoFill section
- Grant permission to read sales emails — this is required for scanning
- Once enabled, the AutoFill tab appears on all Contact and Company records
That’s it. No workflow builds, no field mapping, no ops project.
A Note on Privacy and Credits
AutoFill only accesses emails your team has already sent or received through HubSpot. It doesn’t touch anything outside your connected inbox, and extracted data is processed securely — nothing is stored externally after suggestions are generated.
