Our advanced Round Robin action assigns users to your records — while skipping users that aren't available in HubSpot. Supports Team mode (auto-syncs when team membership changes) and two assignment modes: Direct Update or Action Outputs (permissionless).
Uses existing HubSpot information to determine who is ready for a lead — and who isn't. No extra configuration needed; it reads the settings you already have.
Availability information comes straight from HubSpot's working hours, out of office events, and availability status (Service Hub / Sales Hub may be required depending on the status).
