Auto Associations Pro

Auto Associations Pro is a background automation tool that creates associations between HubSpot CRM records based on rules you define.

Set your association rules once — for example, “associate every new contact with the company that matches their email domain”, or “link every deal to the contacts whose phone numbers match the deal’s main contact number” — and Auto Associations Pro keeps every new record associated automatically. No workflow setup, no manual linking, no missed associations.

Filters let you scope rules to subsets of records. Special rules cover edge cases like multi-record matches, ambiguous associations, and conditional behaviour.
