Install in HubSpot
This guide walks you through installing Daeda AI from the HubSpot Marketplace and getting started with AI-powered HubSpot work.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A HubSpot account with admin access
- Access to HubSpot Workflows
Step 1: Find the App in the Marketplace
Section titled “Step 1: Find the App in the Marketplace”Navigate to the Daeda AI listing in the HubSpot App Marketplace.
Step 2: Click Install
Section titled “Step 2: Click Install”Click the orange Install button on the listing page.
Step 3: Review Permissions
Section titled “Step 3: Review Permissions”A modal will appear showing the permissions required by the app:
- Manage and view your account settings
- Workflows
- Basic HubSpot account information
Review the permissions and click Connect app to authorize.
Step 4: Installation Complete
Section titled “Step 4: Installation Complete”You’ll see a confirmation that Daeda AI has been installed successfully. You can now access the app in your HubSpot account.
Success: Daeda AI appears in HubSpot’s connected-app settings and opens without requesting another installation.
What’s Next?
Section titled “What’s Next?”After installation, you’ll have access to:
- Ask AI Workflow Action - Add AI-powered decision making to your workflows
- AutoFill (optional) - Automatically extract data from emails to update CRM properties
- Hosted MCP connection - Work with portal data from Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, or another supported AI app and create human-approved Write Plans
Using the Ask AI Action
Section titled “Using the Ask AI Action”- Go to Automation > Workflows in HubSpot
- Create or edit a workflow
- Add a new action and search for “Ask AI”
- Configure your AI prompt, model, and output type
Enabling AutoFill
Section titled “Enabling AutoFill”AutoFill requires additional email permissions. To enable:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps in HubSpot
- Find Daeda AI and click on it
- In the AutoFill section, click Enable AutoFill
- Grant permission to read sales emails
Connecting An AI App
Section titled “Connecting An AI App”Daeda AI exposes a hosted MCP endpoint. You do not install or run a local Daeda server.
- Open Daeda AI in HubSpot
- Open License Keys and create an MCP license key
- Use the Integrations guide to connect your AI app to

Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”Daeda AI ships with three paid plans. All include a 7-day free trial.

All plans include full feature access and support. Internal Team includes one connected portal; Consultant and Agency include unlimited connected portals. These prices and allowances match the HubSpot Marketplace listing, updated on 29 July 2026. The free trial starts on first real use of an MCP license key, not on app install.
