Billing And Account Management
Use this guide when reviewing plan state, connected-portal allowance, billing controls, invoices, or subscription ownership.
Open Billing

Current Marketplace Plans

All three plans include full feature access and support. Internal Team includes one connected portal; Consultant and Agency include unlimited connected portals. The plans also differ by account type, user allowance, and price.
Payment Methods And Invoices
Section titled “Payment Methods And Invoices”Use billing controls for payment methods, invoices, and subscription changes. Account owners should confirm billing access before changing plans.
Ownership Changes
Section titled “Ownership Changes”When the billing owner changes, review connected portals, license keys, and bridge toggles. Rotate keys if the previous owner should no longer prepare plans.
Before Downgrading Or Removing Access
Section titled “Before Downgrading Or Removing Access”- Review connected portals that depend on the current plan.
- Reject active draft plans that should not remain executable.
- Rotate license keys for workspaces that should no longer prepare plans.
- Confirm who will own future billing and support questions.
