Connect a New Client Portal

  1. Go to the Daeda AI Settings

  2. Go to the Connect Client Portal tab

  3. In the “Connect a New Portal”

  4. Here you can select the scopes and information you want Daeda AI to use (disabled objects are disabled by default)

  5. Hit continue and go to Data Rules.

  6. In Data Rules you can further restrict the information you want stored by Daeda AI - you can use the default settings, which grabs every except most conversation data (like email bodies). You can also “Set filters after install” for more restrictive options.

  7. Install the generated link on the client portal.

  8. If you choose any “Set Filters after install” - here you can select your more restrictive filters. Do them all then continue.

  9. Your config is setup and your portal is building.

  10. You can review your choices in the review page.

HubSpot Permissions can be easily increased/escalated - but are difficult to remove.

If you want to remove full scope permissions, it’s best to delete the database to reset everything - then uninstall the app on the client portal, then reconnect client portal with the reduced permissions.
