Daeda Association Viewer

Daeda Association Viewer turns the web of associations between your HubSpot records into an interactive graph you can actually see and navigate.

Instead of clicking through multiple record pages to understand which contacts belong to which deals, which companies are linked to which tickets, or how a product connects to the rest of your CRM, the viewer shows everything in one diagram. Click any node to refocus on that record, fetch its associations, follow chains visually, and spot unusually over- or under-connected records.

What it does

  • Visual graph in a HubSpot sidebar card. Accessible from the sidebar of any Contact, Company, Deal, or Ticket record page - opens the full graph centred on the record you’re currently viewing.
  • Supported object types. Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Products, Line Items, Quotes, and Users. (Custom object support is not exposed today.)
  • Click to refocus. Clicking any non-focused node makes it the new focused node, redrawing the graph around that record so you can keep exploring.
  • Grab Associations per node. Pull in all the associations for a specific node on demand, instead of fetching everything upfront.
  • Object-type filters. Checkboxes to show/hide each object type, so you can cut noise (for example, hide line items and products to see the contact-company-deal core).
  • Force-directed layout. A Layout button reorganises the entire graph cleanly with smooth animation to prevent node overlap and keep the view readable.
  • Fetch All for visible nodes. Bulk-loads associations for every visible node (up to 50 per click) for deeper expansion in one action.

When to use it

Reach for the Association Viewer when you need to understand a record’s context fast - support engineers investigating a ticket chain, sales leaders auditing an account’s deal history, RevOps teams validating data migrations, or admins hunting down orphan records before a cleanup. It’s also useful during client onboarding as a way to eyeball the shape of a portal you’ve never seen before.

If you only ever look at one association at a time, HubSpot’s native associations panel is enough. If you regularly need to trace multi-hop chains (contact → company → sibling deals, or ticket → contact → linked products), the viewer saves the tree-traversal time.

Daeda Association Viewer is a paid HubSpot Marketplace app. Install from the HubSpot Marketplace and follow the Getting Started guide to enable the sidebar card on your record views.
