This folder covers the in-portal Daeda AI features that work directly on Contact and Company records.
AutoFill
Section titled “AutoFill”AutoFill is the headline feature: a CRM card on Contact and Company records that reads recent associated emails and suggests property updates you may have missed. Review each suggestion and commit it in seconds without leaving the record.
AutoFill uses the same OpenRouter API key configured in Daeda AI > Other AI Features. See the AutoFill page in this folder for setup, the supported properties, and how to enable it for your team.
When AutoFill helps
Section titled “When AutoFill helps”Use AutoFill when the useful CRM data already exists in email threads but never makes it into HubSpot properties. Common examples are job titles, phone numbers, company size, project requirements, budget signals, and timeline hints. The rep reviews the suggestion before committing it, so AutoFill improves data hygiene without turning the CRM into an unsupervised AI write surface.
