Daeda Notes

Daeda Notes brings automated note creation to HubSpot workflows.

Use it to drop rich-text and image notes onto CRM records as part of your business processes - deal stage changes, ticket resolutions, audit trails, automated team handoffs, anything that benefits from a formatted note showing up on the record without anyone typing it.

What it does

  • Create Note action. Drops a styled note onto a CRM record from a workflow. Note content supports HTML formatting and workflow personalization tokens (e.g. {{deal.amount}}, {{contact.firstname}}).
  • Create Image Note action. Creates a note with an image embedded from a URL - useful for dropping screenshots, chart snapshots, or document thumbnails generated elsewhere in your automation.
  • Built-in style presets. Four visual styles on Create Note (None/default, Info blue, plus additional presets documented in the Styling guide) that add a background colour and icon so important notes stand out in the timeline at a glance.
  • Targeting options. Target the Enrolled Record (the record that triggered the workflow), or broadcast the note to every record associated through one of these paths: All Associated Contacts, All Associated Companies, All Associated Deals, or All Associated Tickets.
  • Pinning. Pin a note to the top of the record’s activity timeline, or leave unpinned so it flows chronologically. Pinned notes stay visible regardless of how many newer activities arrive.

When to use it

Reach for Daeda Notes when you want a durable, human-readable trail of what happened on a record, not just a property change. Typical uses:

  • Deal-stage transition notes - when a deal moves to Closed Won, drop a formatted handoff note for the onboarding team targeted at every associated contact so everyone is on the same page.
  • Ticket resolution summaries - pin a resolution summary on a ticket when it closes, and also broadcast it to every associated contact for their visibility.
  • Audit trails - log compliance events with timestamp, context, and pinning so auditors can find them later.
  • Automated screenshots / charts - pipe an image generated elsewhere (dashboard snapshot, chart export) into a note on the deal or company it relates to.

If you only need to set a short text string on a property, a plain Edit record action is cheaper. Daeda Notes is the right answer when you need the format, durability, and timeline visibility of a real note.

Daeda Notes is a paid HubSpot Marketplace app. Install from the HubSpot Marketplace and follow the Getting Started guide to add your first action.
