Clean Dial ships two HubSpot workflow actions:

Action	What it does
Format Phone Number	Normalises a phone number into a consistent international format and reports whether the syntax is valid
HLR Lookup	Runs a real-time HLR (Home Location Register) check to verify the number is live and returns network details — line type, carrier, portability, and more

Both actions run inside HubSpot workflows. Use them on contact creation, on form submission, or on any property change that should re-validate the phone number. To save the output back to the contact, follow the action with a Edit record step targeting the phone field or one of Clean Dial’s custom properties.
