AutoFill

AutoFill uses AI to scan emails associated with Contacts and Companies, automatically extracting valuable information to update CRM properties.

AutoFill analyzes email conversations to:

  • Extract contact details (phone numbers, job titles, addresses)
  • Identify company information (size, industry, technology stack)
  • Capture project details and requirements
  • Find budget and timeline information
  • Detect buying signals and intent

AutoFill requires permission to read sales emails. To enable:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps in HubSpot
  2. Find Daeda AI and click on it
  3. In the AutoFill section, you’ll see “Disabled” status
  4. Click Enable AutoFill
  5. A new window will open to grant email access
  6. Review the permissions and click Connect

Once enabled, the status will change to “Enabled” and you can start using AutoFill.

After enabling, you can access AutoFill from any Contact or Company record:

  1. Navigate to a Contact or Company record in HubSpot
  2. Look for the AutoFill tab in the record sidebar
  3. Click to view emails and extracted information
  4. Review the AI’s suggestions
  5. Accept individual updates or bulk update properties
  • Review AI suggestions before accepting updates
  • Use AutoFill for data enrichment, not data replacement
  • Periodically audit auto-filled properties
  • AutoFill only accesses emails your team has sent or received
  • Data is processed securely and not stored externally
  • Ensure your email access complies with your organization’s policies

AutoFill consumes credits based on:

  • Number of emails scanned
  • Complexity of extraction requests
  • AI model used for analysis

Monitor your credit usage in the app settings to avoid unexpected limits.

  • Verify AutoFill is enabled in app settings
  • Check that you have email permissions granted
  • Refresh the HubSpot page
  • Ensure the contact/company has associated emails
  • Check that emails are logged in HubSpot
  • Verify your email integration is working
  • AI extraction is probabilistic - always review before accepting
  • Report consistent issues to support for model improvements
  • Provide clear email context for better extraction
