Setup Guide
This guide walks you through installing Daeda AI from the HubSpot Marketplace and getting started with AI-powered workflows.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A HubSpot account with admin access
- Access to HubSpot Workflows
Step 1: Find the App in the Marketplace
Section titled “Step 1: Find the App in the Marketplace”Navigate to the Daeda AI listing in the HubSpot App Marketplace.
Step 2: Click Install
Section titled “Step 2: Click Install”Click the orange Install button on the listing page.
Step 3: Review Permissions
Section titled “Step 3: Review Permissions”A modal will appear showing the permissions required by the app:
- Manage and view your account settings
- Workflows
- Basic HubSpot account information
Review the permissions and click Connect app to authorize.
Step 4: Installation Complete
Section titled “Step 4: Installation Complete”You’ll see a confirmation that Daeda AI has been installed successfully. You can now access the app in your HubSpot account.
What’s Next?
Section titled “What’s Next?”After installation, you’ll have access to:
- Ask AI Workflow Action - Add AI-powered decision making to your workflows
- AutoFill (optional) - Automatically extract data from emails to update CRM properties
- Automation Suite (optional) - Work with your portal data from a local AI client like Claude Code or Cursor and create human-approved Write Plans
Using the Ask AI Action
Section titled “Using the Ask AI Action”- Go to Automation > Workflows in HubSpot
- Create or edit a workflow
- Add a new action and search for “Ask AI”
- Configure your AI prompt, model, and output type
Enabling AutoFill
Section titled “Enabling AutoFill”AutoFill requires additional email permissions. To enable:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps in HubSpot
- Find Daeda AI and click on it
- In the AutoFill section, click Enable AutoFill
- Grant permission to read sales emails
Setting Up The Automation Suite
Section titled “Setting Up The Automation Suite”The Automation Suite connects a local MCP client (Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible AI client) to your HubSpot portal through Daeda AI.
- Open Daeda AI in HubSpot
- Go to Master Settings and create an MCP license key
- Follow the Automation Suite Overview for the full flow

Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”Daeda AI ships with two paid plans. Both include a 7-day free trial.

Both plans include full feature access and support. The free trial behaves like temporary Agency access and starts on first real use of an MCP license key from the Automation Suite, not on app install.
