Subprocessor List

This list identifies material subprocessors engaged by Daeda Technologies Ltd ("Daeda") to process Customer Personal Data. A provider is used only for the products and purposes stated below. HubSpot and a Customer-selected AI provider are normally Customer-directed or independently contracted platforms rather than Daeda-appointed subprocessors.
Daeda will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before adding or replacing a material subprocessor, unless an emergency replacement is reasonably required to protect security, availability, or legal compliance. Customers may raise a reasonable data-protection objection by emailing contact@daeda.tech during that period.

International transfers
Where required, Daeda uses an applicable adequacy regulation or decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful safeguard. Product-specific details and connected-platform distinctions are set out in the applicable DPA.
