Bulk export, edit, and import HubSpot snippets via spreadsheets
WHAT'S IN THE BOX
Adds an Export button to the snippets page that downloads every snippet - name, body, folder - to a TSV you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Read the docs → BULK EDITUpdate names, rewrite bodies, change folder assignments in your spreadsheet. Re-import to push the changes - matches by snippet name so existing snippets update in place.
Why bulk snippet management matters → MIGRATEExport from one HubSpot portal, import into another. Useful for cloning snippet libraries across sandbox + prod or onboarding new clients.
How portal migration works →WHY SNIPPET POWER TOOLS
HubSpot's snippets page is built for a portal with twenty snippets, not two thousand. There's no bulk export, no API for snippet content, and no spreadsheet-style editing - so anyone running a serious snippet library ends up doing the same painful work over and over: opening one snippet at a time, copying out the body, pasting changes back, hoping nothing got mangled. The extension exists to make that workflow disappear.
EXPORT AND BULK EDIT
Snippet Power Tools adds Export and Import buttons directly to HubSpot's snippets page. Click Export to download every snippet as a TSV file with name, body (HTML preserved), and folder assignment as columns. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, edit at scale, then re-import - the extension matches existing snippets by name and updates them in place, while new rows become new snippets.
DRAG, DROP, MIGRATE
Once you've made your edits, drag the file directly onto HubSpot's snippets page - no menu, no dialog. The extension previews the changes before importing so you can confirm what will be created vs updated, and skips obvious duplicates automatically. The same workflow doubles as a portal migration tool: export from one HubSpot account, drop the TSV onto another, and the snippet library lands in the new portal in minutes.
