Clean Dial Privacy and Availability Notice

Clean Dial is not currently accepting new installations or subscriptions. Its public product page is retained for information only and does not itself collect Clean Dial customer or HubSpot CRM data.
Daeda Technologies Ltd (“Daeda”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the controller for personal data used to answer enquiries about Clean Dial. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 17360943, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. We use enquiry data only to respond, maintain appropriate business records, protect our rights, and comply with law. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.
Under the corporate transfer effective 6 September 2026, Daeda Technologies Ltd becomes the controller or processor for historic Clean Dial data to the extent that the relevant agreement, data protection terms, and applicable law permit the transfer. A signed or negotiated agreement requiring consent or novation continues to govern until that requirement is satisfied.
If you previously installed Clean Dial, want to request deletion, or want to exercise applicable data-protection rights, contact contact@daeda.tech. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or another competent supervisory authority. Historic service data remains subject to the privacy notice and contractual terms that applied when it was collected, unless those documents were validly transferred or replaced.
