- HubSpot Portal IDs: Used to identify HubSpot accounts utilising the App.
- Primary Email Addresses: Used for communication, account administration, and billing.

We collect your information when you install the App via the HubSpot Marketplace and interact with our services.
3. HubSpot CRM Data
Dynamic Dropdowns reads property values from your HubSpot CRM records (Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tickets) in order to discover existing text values and create standardised dropdown properties. The App stores a record of values you choose to exclude so that your exclusion preferences are preserved across sessions. The App creates new dropdown properties within your HubSpot account; your original text properties are never modified or deleted.
4. Sensitive Data
We do not collect sensitive data such as:
- Payment details (these are handled securely by Stripe).
- Personal identifiers (e.g., government-issued IDs).
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Communication: Sending important updates, marketing, and administrative emails.
- Billing: Managing purchases and licence records.
We do not use your data for any purpose not explicitly outlined in this Privacy Policy.
6. Data Anonymization
We do not aggregate, anonymize, or analyse user data for analytics or other purposes.

We share your data only as required to deliver our services:
- Stripe: Used for payment processing.
We do not sell or share your information with other third parties for their independent use.

- Storage: Account data (Portal IDs and email addresses) and excluded property values are securely stored using Supabase.

Following uninstallation or deletion request, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion. Data may be retained beyond this period only where required to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
