Daeda Technologies Ltd (“Daeda”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17360943, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. “Daeda Tech” and “Daeda Technologies” are trading references to Daeda Technologies Ltd and are not separate contracting entities.
Under a written business-transfer and assignment agreement, any historic Clean Dial agreement originally entered into with Daeda Technologies Pte. Ltd. automatically transfers to Daeda Technologies Ltd with effect from 6 September 2026 to the extent that the original agreement and applicable law permit assignment or transfer without further customer consent. This notice does not override a signed order form or negotiated agreement that prohibits transfer, requires consent or novation, identifies another contracting entity, or specifies a different effective date. Where such a requirement applies, that agreement remains with Daeda Technologies Pte. Ltd. until it is satisfied.
If you previously installed Clean Dial or believe you have an existing agreement, contact contact@daeda.tech before relying on this notice. Any signed order form or negotiated agreement continues to take priority.
