Terms of Service for Dynamic Dropdowns

Welcome to Dynamic Dropdowns! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dynamic Dropdowns (“the App”), a HubSpot-connected tool developed by Daeda Tech. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Compliance with HubSpot Terms
By using Dynamic Dropdowns, you agree to adhere to HubSpot’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Violations of HubSpot’s policies or these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the App.
2. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts, unless otherwise dictated by applicable laws.
3. Permissible Use
You must not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfering with the performance or integrity of Dynamic Dropdowns or related infrastructure.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect only the data required to operate the App, such as your email address and HubSpot Portal ID. The App reads CRM property values from your HubSpot records to generate dropdown options. Values you choose to exclude are stored externally so your preferences persist across sessions. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Integration with Third-Party Services
Dynamic Dropdowns relies on HubSpot’s API to read property values and create dropdown properties within your portal. While we strive for uninterrupted operation, we cannot guarantee the availability or performance of third-party APIs or HubSpot platform services.
6. Pricing and Refunds
Lifetime Licence: Dynamic Dropdowns is available as a one-time purchase granting a lifetime licence to use the App.
Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon request.
7. Service Availability and Liability
While we strive for high availability, Dynamic Dropdowns is provided “as is.” We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any resulting damages.
8. HubSpot API Conflicts
If changes or conflicts with the HubSpot API occur, we will work to restore compatibility promptly. We will notify users of major disruptions.
9. Responsible Use
You agree to use Dynamic Dropdowns responsibly and not to misuse it in any way that could harm users, systems, or third parties.
10. Authorization for Access
By using the App, you confirm you are authorized to grant access to your HubSpot account and data, including reading CRM property values and creating new dropdown properties within your portal.
11. Non-Destructive Operation
Dynamic Dropdowns creates new dropdown properties in your HubSpot account. Your original text properties are never modified or deleted by the App. You are responsible for any manual changes you make to properties in your HubSpot portal.
12. Support and Feature Requests
Support: We aim to respond to support requests within five business days.
Feature Requests: We welcome feature suggestions. Implemented features may be provided at no cost or may incur a fee, depending on scope. All implemented features become the property of Daeda Tech.
13. Updates and Notifications
We will notify users of major updates, feature changes, or policy adjustments via email.
14. Suspension and Termination
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to Dynamic Dropdowns. If your HubSpot account is suspended, your access to the App may also be restricted.
15. Data Retention
If you uninstall the App, we retain your account data (Portal ID, email address, and excluded value preferences) for 30 days before permanent deletion. Dropdown properties created in your HubSpot portal remain in your account and are not affected by uninstallation. To request data removal, email us at contact@daeda.tech.
16. Dispute Resolution
If you encounter an issue, please reach out to us first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to applicable law and legal processes in Singapore.
17. Ownership of Outputs
You retain full ownership of all outputs (e.g., created properties and their values) generated through your use of Dynamic Dropdowns.
