Set Up The Daeda Bridge
The Daeda Bridge is an optional Chrome extension. It unlocks HubSpot information and actions that are not available through HubSpot’s normal API.
You do not need the Bridge for basic setup, normal read-only questions, or every Write Plan. Add it when a capability is marked Bridge required.
Before You Start
Section titled “Before You Start”- Use the Chrome profile where you normally sign in to the target HubSpot portal.
- Keep the license key used by your AI app available.
- Confirm the connected portal already appears in Daeda AI.
1. Install The Extension
Section titled “1. Install The Extension”Install Daeda AI Bridge from the Chrome Web Store, then pin it so the status popup is easy to open.
2. Connect It To Daeda AI
Section titled “2. Connect It To Daeda AI”Open the extension and enter the same Daeda AI license key used by your AI app. Treat the key like a password and do not include it in screenshots or shared documents.
The extension should show a healthy connection and the active HubSpot portal. If it reports an expired session, reopen HubSpot and sign in again in the same Chrome profile.
3. Enable The Intended Portal
Section titled “3. Enable The Intended Portal”In Daeda AI, open Connect Client Portal, expand the intended portal, and enable Bridge On. This setting is portal-specific.
Enabling the Bridge allows both reading and approved Write Plan operations that require the browser session. Leave it off for portals that should not use those capabilities.
4. Verify The Connection
Section titled “4. Verify The Connection”Open the target HubSpot portal in the same Chrome profile, then ask your AI app:
Using Daeda AI, list my connected portals and tell me which portals have the Daeda Bridge enabled. Do not make any changes.
A successful answer identifies the intended portal as Bridge-enabled. Before executing a Bridge-required plan, also confirm that the extension popup shows the same portal and a healthy session.
Success: The intended portal is Bridge-enabled, the extension shows the same portal, and the HubSpot session is healthy.
If It Does Not Connect
Section titled “If It Does Not Connect”Check these conditions in order:
- Chrome is signed in to the correct HubSpot portal.
- The extension is installed in that same Chrome profile.
- The Daeda AI license key is current.
- Bridge On is enabled for the intended connected portal.
- The HubSpot session has not expired.
